This policy covers work booked with The Influencer Cult (“TIC”, “we”), head office Pariya Tola, Dankinganj, Aghouli, Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh 231001 — social media and reels, Meta and Google ads, websites, branding, political campaigns, and wedding films and photography. Your written quote or WhatsApp confirmation from us always says exactly what is included; where it differs from this page, the quote wins.
Booking advance
We start work, or block a shoot date for you, once the booking advance in your quote is received. The advance reserves our team’s time and covers planning and preparation.
- Cancel before we have started any work or blocked a date: we refund the advance, minus anything we have already paid to others for your project (see “Third-party costs”).
- Cancel after work has started or a date has been blocked: the advance is not refunded, because that time was set aside for you.
Rescheduling shoots and events
Plans change — weddings and events especially. Tell us as early as you can. With at least 7 days’ notice we will move your shoot once to another date we have free, and your advance carries over. Shorter notice or a second change depends on our team’s availability and any travel or bookings already made.
Monthly services
For monthly work such as social media management or ads management, you can stop anytime by telling us in writing before the next month begins. We finish the month that has already started, and that month is not refunded.
Ad spend
Ad budgets are paid to Meta or Google from your own ad account, not to us. Unused budget stays in your account; refunds of platform charges follow Meta’s and Google’s own policies.
Deliverables and revisions
Each quote lists what we deliver and how many rounds of changes are included. If something we deliver is not what we agreed, tell us and we will fix it. If we cannot deliver what was agreed, we refund the part of the work that was not delivered.
Third-party costs
Things we buy for your project from other companies — such as domains, hosting, travel, venue or equipment bookings, printing, music or stock licences — cannot be refunded once bought.
If we cancel
If we have to cancel work on our side, you get a full refund for everything not yet delivered.
