These terms explain how we work with clients. Your written quote or service agreement with The Influencer Cult takes priority over this page if anything differs.
Quotes
Prices are shared on request, are valid for 30 days from the date shared, and GST applies as per law. Custom quotes are available.
Monthly plans
Minimum 3 months. 50% of each month’s fee in advance, balance by the 15th of that month. After the minimum term, 15 days’ notice before the next billing month.
One-time work
Websites and branding: 50% advance, 50% before handover or launch.
Ad budgets
Paid by you directly to Meta or Google from your own ad account. Our fee is separate.
Revisions
2 rounds of changes per creative. More changes or new ideas are quoted.
Communication and reports
One WhatsApp group per client. Replies Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm. Monthly report by the 5th of the next month, with a short call.
Ownership
All creatives and accounts are yours once paid in full.
Results
We promise the work, fast testing and honest reporting — not a fixed number of leads or sales. Platform rules (Meta, Google) apply to all campaigns.
Weddings and shoots
Shoots are in Mirzapur, Varanasi, Prayagraj and Delhi-NCR; travel and stay outside our cities are at actuals. Drone coverage only where the venue and local rules allow. Dates are confirmed on an advance, as per your quote.
Refunds and cancellation
The advance is non-refundable once work has started or a date is blocked.
